2nd Sunday on King Street this Easter Weekend

Celebrate Easter Sunday with Food, shopping, music, and fun on King Street from 1:00pm – 500pm April 8. Queen to Calhoun Streets on wonderful King Street. Pick up your free parking voucher at the Information tent which is good in most city garages downtown.

The music! Gary Erwin of Shrimp City Slim, one of the best blues musicians around with be there along with Austin Fitzhenry, The Honeybees, South Carolina Broadcasters, Dan Mackey, Bianca & Page and Peter Kiral of Charleston Virtuosi.

Ken Burger will be on hand at the 2nd Sunday Information Tent at Wentworth to talk about Charleston and sign copies of his lastest book, Baptized in Sweet Tea

Some of our favorite restaurants will be open for you to enjoy! II Cortile del Re, Old Towne Grill and Seafood, Mellow Mushroom, Muse, Verde, Chucktown Tavern, Caviar & Bananas and Leaf Cafe + Bar.

And for your Easter Breakfast on upper King Street, Halls Chophouse, Closed for Business, The Macintosh, Barsa Tapas + Lounge + Bar and The Swamp Fox.
